By booking and purchasing a ticket for hoop n hike you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
The ticket is non-refundable.
However if you can’t come to the retreat you may sell your ticket to someone else, either for the same price or lower.
You pay for you ticket here via paypal, you do not need a paypal-account but can pay with your card without logging in. Once your ticket payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours about your participation.
2. Risks and injury
As a participant in the Hoop n Hike retreat you will participate in workshops and activites that involve exercise and the the risk of physical injury. You participate in these activities at your own risk and responsibility. The organizers will take reasonable measures to prevent accidents/injuries from happening. The organizers of Hoop n Hike have no responsibility for any accidents happening during, before or after the event. You are obliged to have your own valid insurances that will cover all expenses related to any injury or accident, including but not limited to treatment, transportation etc. due to such.
The Hoop n Hike retreat will be documented with photo and video and every participant agrees to the publication of this material for promotional purposes.
The following meals are included for participants: breakfast, lunch and dinner 4 full days, and evening snack the night of arrival. Special food requirements like allergies have to be indicated in the follow up-mail after ordering the ticket or at the very latest 3 weeks before the retreat. The Hoop n Hike retreat is on a small island, with only one small grocery store and it can be difficult to get hold of some types of food.
The accommodation is included in the ticket. The housing will be in an traditional fisherman’s house, with shared rooms; two or four people in each room. Bunkbed and some singel beds.
If the Hoop n Hike have to cancel the entire retreat, which is very unlikely, every participant will recive a full refund of the ordered ticket value. Additional refunds for any other expenses like travel are explicitly excluded. We recommend that you have your own valid travel-cancellation insurance.
7. Disputes and governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by Norwegian law and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the ordinary courts of Norway, with Lofoten district court as the agreed legal venue.
